Slow speeds and poor customer service

Recently upgraded from fibre 35 to fibre 65 with the promise of an upgrade in speed, I am still only getting fibre 35 speeds,  anybody having the same problem , TalkTalk we’re quick enough to adjust my contract from 18 to 24 months and increase my payment to 27 pounds per month when the rate is 26 pounds, I cannot get a competent response and honestly feel like I am being scammed by TalkTalk.

The estimated speed for your line is 30-40mb.   The line is in sync at 40.5mb

 

Your speeds are correct for your line, the maximum speed your line is capable of is 40mb, so upgrading to fibre 65 will not increase the speeds.

 

The profile is set correctly at 80mb to allow the line to achieve what it can.

Hi @Bobh7807 have you tried a 30 minute reboot? Power the router down for 30 minutes.

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
