Hi sync speed is at around 42/43 Mbps, when it was usually close or above 60. Did a line test and there is an issue, been told to speak to Sara, but i cant find her.
Download speed is close to 40, upload 17.
Modem is plugged in directly in the master socket.
Can someone please test the line.
