We've had what was at the time, York Fibre, ever since it was available. At some point this switched over to Talk Talk and we've been with them ever since. I recently received an email saying that our contract has expired and (surprise surprise) the price is going up, but when we ring them we get told that the service is no longer available, and that we have to move to really a basic, crappy and expensive fibre service.
Has anyone else been through this, and how did you resolve it? I'm loathe to move to a different service, as we're really happy with what we have now.

Hi
if the current service is no longer available then you will need to move to another package, our customer loyalty teams are best placed to discuss all different package options with you.
Thanks
Karl.
