Software upgrade from 8.4.27-58 to 8.5.01-13 shows file downloading for over 1 hour then failing with message "upgrade file installation error 1829"

Thanks to Karl and fr8ys for advice to factory reset the 4K TV box. Took the added precaution to reset the router to force a change of IP addressor. Update completed successfully with no dramas in ~12mins. Many thanks, Nick

If turning the box off at the mains and on again does not resolve this, then a factory reset should.
Try pressing the button on the left hand side of the box 5 times whilst on and the box will restart and should download and install as part of the set up procedure.
