Hi there, we have an engineer coming tomorrow afternoon as fault with phone line. This morning our WIFI has also gone down. Will the engineer tomorrow also be able to sort this problem? I guess they’re connected??

How are you getting on? Has the voice fault now been resolved? How's your broadband connection?

Hi Nicki,
I'm sorry to hear this. Often a voice fault will impact the broadband connection in some way. Are you currently experiencing no dial tone? Usually once a voice fault has been resolved then there will also be an improvement in the broadband connection too.
