Topcashback claim no order number?

Hello,

 

I placed an order for 500 fibre back in November. At the time I clicked through topcashback with the £150 back offer however this hasn't tracked. I tried to then submit a claim in January but they kept asking for an order number. There is no order number on any of my emails etc and I couldn't submit without this.

 

I've just been on the phone to TalkTalk for half an hour and they keep bouncing me between apartments, claiming there is no order reference number???? 

 

Not sure how this can make sense but can anyone please help as it's talking quite alot of time to try order something that should be simple!!
