Trying to connect the new wifi hub

Brought a talktalk Sagemcom fast 5364 hub to upgrade from my HG635, I can get the solid white light to show in the middle of the hub, but when I try to connect anything to it (phone, talktalk box, laptop, tv) all i get is  TP-Link_C72E which has the full bar strength, there's no talktalk box that's visible comes up like it does on my my HG635 to connect? Be grateful of any suggestions if anybody else knows about this problem

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Please can you try factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and then try to connect again?
