Trying to look at my bill

I am trying to view my bill online but all I get is the wheel of death, any reason for this and is there ant way I can check?

There are a number of people suffering from this problem @DavidBordoli. There are various workarounds that work for some people & not others.  These include:-

 

  • Clearing browser cache & cookies
  • Make sure that all cookies are allowed on this site
  • Disable any adblocker on this site
  • Allow popups on this site
  • Do not use the browsers Incognito or In Private mode on this site.

Further to this, please can you try at least one other browser on the device you are using to access MyAccount and try another device as well, to see if there is any pattern to the problem.

 

In addition to this, I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and see what they can do.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-


Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
