VPN Issues with Cisco AnyConnect

Hi,

My company uses Cisco AnyConnect to establish a VPN connection to their network and it stopped working before Tuesday (not sure exactly when because I was on holiday).  I contacted support, but the agent was unable to resolve my issue. I have a Wi-Fi Hub 2 and firmaware version SG4K100202.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Stephen

Hi Debbie

My company uses Cisco AnyConnect VPN version 5.1.4.74.  The protocol is IKEv2/IPsec NAT-T.

Just about to try the update now - will respond again in a few minutes.

Hi @StephenTheLord

I'm really sorry about this.

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?

Hi @StephenTheLord this sadly is a know issue with TT working on it but a fix date has not been offered.

Your post has been escalated.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
