Is there a WiFi booster that is offered to Fibre 65 customers or are we expected to buy a third-party product? Happy either way, but need to be certain. Thanks.

The only challenge I have is in getting a strong signal to my Ring doorbell, between the router and which there are two closed doors and one flight of stairs. I am unable to move the router due to the location of the phone port and splitter (and would prefer not to, even if it were possible), so I am considering a booster.
Please let me know if one can be provided or if there is a recommended product.

Wi-Fi boosters are provided to customers that take our Total Home Wi-Fi package with full fibre.
Before you decide to look at a Wi-Fi booster, is to consider the reasons why you need a Wi-Fi booster. For example, these may not always help if there is a lot of Wi-Fi interference around you, or sometimes Wi-Fi issues can be resolved by proper placement of the router, and examining the Wi-Fi channels in use by using an app such as Wi-Fi analyzer on your smart phone etc.
