Hi there. Sorry for starting a new thread on this topic if that is the wrong way to go but I am newbie. I have read several posts in the community relating to problems caused by WiFi optimisation swapping WiFi channels. I am experiencing problems with my Sonos system and the advise from Sonos is to fix the WiFi channel, which I cannot do. Therefore can you please remove WiFi optimisation from my router so that I can pick and fix the channel. My router is a Sagemcom Fast 5364-3.
Hope you can help
Many thanks
