Gigaclear have laid fibroptic in my road. Can talk talk use this to supply fiberoptic service to me and enable me to upgrade to Fibre 150 ?

You don't know that they are not already doing that, but contracts with other parties may mean hands are tied. Pure speculation.

What if Gigaclear is limited to certain providers?

 

If there were a simple solution, I am sure Talktalk would have grabbed it by now.

We don't have a partnership with Gigaclear so wont be able to use their network, we would have to wait for Openreach or CityFibre to do the required work for full fibre.
