I've just moved house. TalkTalk said it would all just work from the 11th of this month. I then get an email saying they need to send an engineer. We're away on the 11th, so i'm trying to reaarange. I don't have an option to change the appointment under the order summary. When i try and call the automated voice hangs up on me when it goes to my account because ti sends me a link to a messaging service that doesn't help me. I'm in a loop!
