Do you have a 4k box?
If so and you use channels 1 and 2 a fault has been reported by some customers that selecting these opens the iPlayer.
Use channels 101 and 102 instead, and when turning off the box, turn off without channels 1 and 2 being the selected channel.
If not a 4k box, which box do you have?
