This topic is not related to problems with Live Chat etc, and staff prefer one customer per thread for dealing with individual accounts.
The phone numbers won't be automatically blocked.
Might be useful to switch all your banking notifications to be received on a mobile? That means that you are covered as / when the copper lines are stopped or if there's any problem with VOIP if you move to Full Fibre.
To follow up on the forum if you still need help, return to the message board and click on start a topic.
Also complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu click on Personal Information. Add your Talktalk landline number there and SAVE CHANGES.
Calls are only blocked if you have actively barred them using the Last Caller Barring service, or if you use Callsafe. Even then, genuine bank numbers should automatically be approved:

I am having difficulty receiving codes from my bank to allow on-line credit card payments. They suggest maybe the phone numbers they are coming from have been blocked. Could this be the answer? Can I give you the relevant numbers and ask that you allow them to call me without a block so that I can pay for items on-line e.g. holidays, gifts etc.
