old router return

why is there a possibility i will be charged £50 for not returning my old router? i can dispose of the router myself by taking it to my local recycling centre. they have a section for such items.

Yes, please can the original router be returned using the router returns bag provided.

@guitarman3, Talktalk does give you the recycling option, as detailed here:

But I would make sure that you have received acknowledgement from Arne on here - he'll put a note on your file, so it can't be disputed later on.

hi ferguson.  i received a returns bag with my new router and a letter asking me to return the old one. the letter stating i may be charged £50 if i don't.
