My internet was installed three weeks ago and has been working fine. Since then I have been getting calls, text messages and emails from Talk Talk saying "my installation date has changed". I've tried speaking to them on the phone and live chat but all I get is "we'll update the system" but I am still getting the calls - I just got one this morning after speaking to someone yesterday!
How is Talk Talk's customer service so bad that they can't update their own system?! When I log into the website and look at my account it even says my internet is up and running!

it's now friday and I have just received ANOTHER email and text message from Talk Talk saying my fibre will be installed on the 4th of April.
Please sort your system out, this is ridiculous!

I have FIbre 150, the installation date never changed. There was an issue with the connection but that was resolved a couple of days later and the internet has been working every since.

I'm sorry about this, do you have our Future Fibre service? Was the installation date brought forward?
