Please can someone help. I can’t get through to talk talk it’s ridiculous. I’ve not had no internet since 24th dec. keeps flashing amber. It’s been working fine. I have tried everything. Disconnecting unplugging resetting nothing is working.

Yes it gives the options for technical difficulties and it then says they’re closed.
