CMP -726940 no internet aince the 8th august

Please can some activate my fibre line this has been requested numerous times. It say I am but city fibre have been out twice and confirm hardware and connection is working. Line just isn't activated at talk talk side. No Internet since the 8th August so I am frustrated.
