Caller ID stopped working after renewing contract

Hi

 

Does anyone have suggestions to start caller ID working again after contract renewal?

Does the Caller Display service show as active when you log into your My Account?

How did you renew, @Marian17?

 

If you use phone or Chat, all that changes is the price to cover the  broadband contract plus you confirm any chargeable boosts / TV etc.

 

The free extras usually just carry on.

 

It might be different if you clicked on a choice in Offers & Upgrades in My Account, or from a renewal email. I never normally do that as it would usually add TV by default etc.

 

If you can't get things to work to select the option in My Account,  staff should be able to add it for you. 

 

Meanwhile, take a look at this information page:

Check whether the box has been ticked. If it's ticked and you can't get Caller ID, it may have developed a fault which staff can look into for you. 

 

Complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings...complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
