Can you subscribe to eero Plus with TalkTalk eero router?

Does anyone know if I can subscribe to eero Plus? I hear the router is locked to TalkTalk so I wonder if the feature is also locked.

 

I need the "Internet Backup" facility for redundancy especially that I have IoT dotted around the house, alarm and I work from home.  So was thinking of buying a mobile broadband for the just in case moments.

I know a bit of IT and cycling if anyone want to ask

I think you would need to go to the online eero account to manage this.
