I've been trying to upgrade from fftp 150 to fttp 500 for over a year. I thought it was sorted when a kind person on here sorted it so I could ring for the upgrade.
I rang and upgraded my new router came and I got an email saying I will be upgraded to fttp 500 on 13 February.
It didn't happen I called support and they say my order is stuck.
I called again the next day and was told the order was stuck and I have to wait and hope it sorts itself out.
Can someone help because this is a farce.

I can see that customer service have logged the fault to get the stuck order progressed.
I will ask for an update and let you know.
