Our wire connection are to be discontinued at the end on November
rang up 19th Sept and accepted the same price full fiber conversion,
was told I would be contacted when to expect a visit to survey and install,
still nothing as of 2-11-23 is this normal?

Hi again Michelle,
Nothing from the installers but have had a letter from TT saying the line I
have will not now close at the end of November and that the change to
full fiber will still go ahead, as I am happy with that and the service will
not be switched off I will give the installers a bit longer and will be back in touch
to let you know what happens or ask for more help,

Told by call taker that she would raise the issue with the installer nothing heard yet will report back when something happens

The 30 November date has been moved now, you service will continue on.
I can t find any order on your account so I would advise calling us on 03451720088 and asking to speak to the full fibre team.
