Even though I'm logged into my account when I click on ' chat to us ' I get a message saying " go back to previous page or log in " It's been happening for a few days now?

 

I really don't want to phone as I struggle hearing and understanding...it's so much easier writing my question and reading the reply.

 

Any ideas ?

Have you tried to use a different browsers, ensure that you have disabled pop up blockers aswell
