I was on a chat line just now but have lost the link. I am waiting for a visit from a talk talk engineer to reconnect me to the internet. I have been on a chat line for almost constantly for the last four days and am in despair at the lack of any response and for you to provide me with an internet service which I am paying for. I was assured that an engineer would attend but have not been told the appoinment details
