Digital voice adapter not received

Hi , I recently agreed to upgrade to full fiber and opted to keep my landline.

 

I have not recieved the Digital voice adapter as confirmed when I called support, they said they would ship it to me but turns out they have just sent me only the EERO 6 router!!

 

Can someone help get me a Digital Voice adapter so i can get my landline working, it has been down ever since I moved to FTTP.

 

Over 1 month now!! I have spent countless hours calling, live chat but nothing has helped I keep getting redirected. Ridiculous!!
