My current contract finishes August 2023 next month.
For me to continue my contract with TalkTalk since the 1990's, I need Full Fibre to my residence as a FREE upgrade now that FIBRE connection has been installed back to the Horsham Exchange, as I believe. Are you therefore willing to provide this facility, as a long term customer, which, I believe requires a replacement Fibre cable for the present ducted copper cable from my house to a cable draw pit in Fenby Close Horsham RH13 6RP. Please advise urgently if this is possible as I need to make alternative arrangements with another provider before my current end date.
