Hi There,
I signed up for the Fibre900 package over a year ago now, and was told at the time that I would receive an EERO 6 PRO as part of my package. Well at the time of instillation I never received my EERO and instead they just used my old talk talk router. I’ve used that old talk talk router ever since, having never been delivered my new EERO.
I tried to log a ticket with support at the time, but never had any luck despite trying a few times. The router I have been using is now quite outdated, and doesn’t function to the standard id hope. It drops out frequently and really needs to be replaced.
I’m a little disappointed with the situation. I put up with it before but it’s now starting to have an impact. I wondered if anyone had dealt with similar issues of not having the EERO delivered?

I would appreciate it greatly if that were possible.
I suppose its not necessarily that the current router is out dated, but more that it doesn't seem to function as well as it used to.

The router that you have is a current model and still supplied but I can send you an eero as I can see that this was agreed at the time, would you like me to send one?
