Had the above installed a few months ago and never got 150mb, it hovered around 130 and has been slowly getting less week by week. I did a TT speed test today and its now down to 72mb.

I've tried a few things including resetting the erro's (x2) but nothing appears to improve it, tried to do a connection test today and this is what I got:

Sorry, we had a problem checking your services

We tried to test your network connection but we can’t provide status updates on your current package.

If you need any additional help, chat to one of our team below:

Chat to our team.

As chatting to the team has never helped previously and as I have always got more help on the forum that's why I'm here now. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Good morning,

I've passed this over to our Devices Manager now and have asked if the fix can be applied ASAP. I'll post back as soon as I receive an update.

Thanks

Michelle

It is a bug on the Eero.

I will ask TalkTalk now to pass this to the Devices team to apply the fix to your Eero. No one from TalkTalk will be on this forum now until Monday.

Hi Keith, I've just looked and it's on channel 155 at 5GHz.. I previously had a problem with my ipad not connecting at all and with the help of another forum member I changed the settings for my iPad to 2.4GHz which sorted the problem out, so now it's showing 5 GHz on channel 155 and 2.4GHz on channel 11 plus it's showing the control channel set at 153. I hope this means something to you it just baffles me....☹️

If you use the Eero app & tap on the Eero & then tap on WiFi Radios I think it is, it will tell you down the bottom, or just get me a screenshot of this page in the app.

Thanks for your response @KeithFrench to be honest I haven't a clue it was all set up by the engineer. I'm 79 and as you would expect

I'm not to informed when it comes to technology, I will see if it sez anything about that in my handbook in the morning.

Is your Eero using channel 155 in the 5GHz band?
