I have fibre 150.. Swapped out existing router for eero 6 earlier & it said it couldn't reach the internet. Spoke via text with TalkTalk & they tried from their end, but they couldn't help & said the eero may be faulty & are sending me a new one. I didn't think that was probably the case, so I thought I'd do some research. From other threads on here, I can see there's sometimes a profile issue, so I'm thinking that may well be the problem here, so I'm hoping this can be looked into by TalkTalk.

It can, but the support team here won't be back online until Monday. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
