Hello, 

 

I was advised I would receive a new hub, Eero 6 Pro, but this has never arrived? 

 

Can anyone check here or do I have to call?

It's best if you start your own thread, @Acecified.

 

Also complete your community forum profile details so that staff can identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu, choose Personal Information. 

 

Add your account number or your Talktalk landline number, where it asks for phone number. SAVE CHANGES.

 

To start your own thread, return to the message board and click on start a topic.

Hello,

 

My Eero 6 pro has not arrived yet since I upgraded to a full fibre broadband and was said a free eero 6 would come with it.
