Hi.
My eero pro 6 gateway has gone offline randomly and does not want to come back on. Cannot perform connection test, have cycled the eero and the direct box connection (modem, maybe? Not 100% familiar with the terminology).
Very frustrating to have lost connection for over an hour at this point.
Any suggestions on a fix or is this an issue I have to wait out?
