Eero Secure not active on my new devices.

Hi All,

 

I have the same problem as listed here: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Full-Fibre/Eero-Secure-not-activated-on-my-account-Fibre-900/td-...

 

I am a new customer to TalkTalk and the advert says Eero Secure is included, but it doesn't seem to be active on my account / this device (it doesn't even appear as an option on the device). 

 

If someone could take a look / help that would be fabulous. 

 

The serial number of the main device is KC7T-0ZTK-BJJC-C1JR.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your eero. Is your new service active? If it is then what was the activation date?
