I’ve put in multiple requests on live chat for an additional eero/booster for my home due to lack of wifi range, both times I was told they had been ordered for me but still no sign of them after 6 working days of waiting each time.

I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received it. I've raised an escalation to have it sent, hopefully you'll receive it some time this week

I can see that an additional eero was requested but the order appears to be stuck. I've passed this over to our equipment escalations team and I will post back here as soon as I have further information.
