Hello, I’ve updated it and the moment you unplug the eero, the LAN light goes out until it’s plugged in, I’ve been without wifi now since yesterday morning

Thanks for trying this. Does the connection work directly at the ONT if you remove the eero?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number

Hello, I’ve done all of the resetting and restarting, all my light on my box on the wall are green, every restart on the eero the light just goes red

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. What lights are currently on the ONT box please? Have you tried powering down the ONT and  the eero and then retested again?
