None of our ethernet connected devices are connecting to internet ( 2 PCs and Sky Q)
Thanks for your response. Yes I am using a switch. Connected to that is a PC, laptop via a docking monitor, a talktalk voice digital adaptor and a Sky Q master box.
I just tried connecting the Sky Q box and it then connected OK but none of the Sky mini boxes we have would connect up to that.
I then connected the PC and it works OK.
When all were connected via the switch none of them will connect.
I tried to just reply to your post but there is no text box, so just amended my original message!

I assume you are using a switch? Have you tried any of them individually, directly connected to the eero?
