I have bought on eBay this eero pro 6 (KB4E-0J2B-TSTN-BGTD) This is used and already registered with Talk Talk.
I have tried to connect on my app but always asks to contact with you.
can somebody help me to setup this device?
I have tried to hard reset, but I have got the same error message.
Could somebody help me to setup?

Just a further thought: did you specifically tell eero support that it was bought from a third-party seller and it is known to be locked to TalkTalk? But you are a TalkTalk customer. Just to see if that makes any difference.

Honestly, you cannot expect any further support here. TalkTalk won't be able to advise if the eero is not connected to their network. My personal view is that this was a requirement when Amazon and TalkTalk agreed to provision of eero devices at what must be heavily discounted prices. The locking procedure was thus designed to prevent such as your eBay seller cashing in on a valuable piece of kit.

As I understand it they are locked to the account of the TalkTalk customer to whom it was first registered. That eBay seller really shouldn't have been selling it on.
