I've checked and we have raised the fault on the correct line (confirmed by the number sent in your PM)

 

It's still with Openreach at the moment. I'm not sure why they called to test your line, apologies for this.

Just had a call from TalkTalk Backline team? I think they are confused between my account and my fathers account, my Fibre is fine right now, can you make sure they are testing the right account, as they just did a line test on my account..

Sorry about this. Openreach still have the fault open with them so they appear to still be working on the fault and the fix yesterday may have been temporary.

 

The latest update on the fault ticket says Openreach are still working on the fault and updates should be available by tomorrow morning 25/01.

Openreach have advised that this fault is part of a major service outage. The engineers are working on this fault and the earliest possible completion date is 24-01-2024.
