OK, thanks for trying.  If you would like us to book and engineer can you confirm:

 

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

I've also sent you a PM to confirm some other details

OK thanks. So could you switch the router off for 30 minutes and if it's still not working when you switch it back on then we'll need to arrange an engineer visit

OK thanks. The line test was failing yesterday but passing today so could you switch the router off for 30 minutes then switch back on an retest. Is the router currently connected to the test socket?
