Ex shell customer, router flashing orange

Hi

 

Hoping for some help as our Internet is down and I'm meant to work from home tomorrow.

 

We unplugged our router to switch out the extention cable, and since then haven't been able to get it to work.

 

It's a shell router, so none of the troubleshooting guides are available.

 

We have powered off for 30 mins, turned back on and still no joy.

 

I have also tried the reset button, but it did nothing at all.

 

Anything else I can try tonight?

It doesn't sound like it, but you'd you be best to speak to the Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here are unable to help.

 

When phoning be specific in asking for the shell migration team.

 

I'm sure youve done so but just double check all leads are firmly seated in case they were disturbed when you turned it off.
