I am keen to upgrade to FTTP but have been repeatedly told I can't.
The infrastructure is in place and I recently had a TalkTalk agent call at my house encouraging me to upgrade. I said I woluld love to. He confirmed I should be able to upgrade - that was the whole point in his calling on me and my neighbours. he gave me a contact number which I called only to be told yet again I can't upgrade.
It looks as if I'll have to change providers if I can't get FTTP before my current TalkTalk contract expires.
Any ideas as to why upgrades can't happen even if the infrastructure is in place.
