Hi
Today I upgraded my broadband and phone to fibre 150 and voice package. The advisor told me that I could still keep my landland as I use my phone a lot
Can anyone advise if this is the case as I have read somewhere that you lose your landland with this one which concerns me.

Don't confuse "landline" with "TalkTalk number" @rab1949.
If it's possible to order VOIP with your Full Fibre order, go for it. So ask to keep your TT number with VOIP.
If you hang onto a copper "leave behind" option, it can require longer downtime to upgrade later.

If you have specifically ordered a Full Fibre with VoIP package then your landline number will simply be switched from a copper to digital service.
