Modem is on with all 4 green lights, yet when we connect the eero 6 it cannot connect to the internet. We’ve troubleshooted the eero, and came to the conclusion that it’s the modems problem as we linked up a laptop to the modem with an Ethernet cable and still didn’t get an internet connection. Would appreciate some help

Have you tried turning the ONT off fo a full 30 mins?
