I haven't received the return pack to send the WIFI hub! It has been weeks! My new address is REMOVED FOR SECURITY. I have received an email saying I haven't send it yet but how can I send it if I haven't received any return pack!!! help!!!

I have requested a returns bag to be sent to you new address.

Hi,

 

I've removed your address for security reasons as you should not place personal info on an open forum.

 

Could you please put your new address in the private notes field of your profile. Only you and the support staff can see this info.

 

It's probable the returns bag has been sent to your old address.
