Full Fibre upgrade half the speed it should be

got my full fibre connection last wednesday Talktalk forgot to send me a eroo router and cut off my internet 1 hourt after the engeneer left, now i just got my eroo router on monday and connected following all the instructions correctly i am getting 90mbs constistantly andf should be getting 152mbs, i spent 2 hours talking to a non english based customer service peron on the website chat service where i felt i was being treated like a 5 year old also questioning me that my official router wasnt official and was 3rd party and wanting to know how i got hold it????? they also clearly was using pre made messeges that make u feel they do not really know what there doing, i stil have slow fibre i need to speak to someone that is based in England and understands Englands Phone network and not just what there been shown in a photograph

Was a bad ethernet cable i had purchased and a replacment fixed the issue.

HI yes the speed of 150mbps was using the eero app speed test testing on my pc next to the eero connected via the Stupidly short ethernet cable supplied with the eero is 90mbps wireless is consistatly around 40/50MBps

Runing tests last night i could get 150mbps speed to my eero router using the supplied ethernet cable to the wall box BUT not get it to my wired PC not get anywhere near that speed over wifi i for the test i used a cat 5E ethernet cable which should be fine as there capable of 1000Mbps im so confused

wired and the app shows same speed using the app speed test 90 to 93 mbps
