Hi. Earlier this year you wanted to install the upgrade. I work full time Monday to Friday so will not be in. It took me numerous phone calls to cancel it only for city fibre to turn up anyway texting saying they couldn’t gain access. I have now been given a new date and I won’t be in as it is a weekday again. I only have the option to move the date to another weekday. Could someone please cancel this all together until you start doing weekend/evening appointments. Thanks
