I completed an upgrade request to upgrade from Fibre 35 to Fibre 900 with Digital Voice on 28/10/24 with the engineer appointment being scheduled for 12/11/24 but as of today (08/11/24), I have yet to receive any further communication by email.
Should I have received an update if the appointment is in 4 days?
