Full fibre engineer did not attend

Hello -I took a half day of annual leave last Weds 15th, in order to be in for a CityFibre engineer to attend as scheduled by yourselves. 

They did not come and there has been no communication since to explain why/apologise/attempt to reschedule. 

What is going on, please?

Hi - I've arranged to be in all day, and haven't had an engineer attend as scheduled, or any communication about an explanation, cancellation or reschedule. Having already used annual leave, a future date could be really difficult. Can I get a specific time next time?

Hi Alex,

 

Have you heard anything since your last post from City Fibre? (on City Fibre systems it just say rescheduled for the 23/01/2025 due to resourcing issues  it doesn't say it it's morning or afternoon

Thanks. I've checked City Fibre systems and it's showing that the appointment didn't go ahead due to resourcing issues. It's been rescheduled for 23/01/2025, Have you not received any communication about this by text message or email?
