My full street was fitted with the fibre cables 2 years ago but they never done mine. Sales guy came round to my door end of last year and sold me the fibre package and said they would be back to do the work but nothing.
Iv tried phoning but the customer service person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and kept asking me to do speed checks etc. I was on the phone to him for an hour before I lost the will to live and hung up the phone.
All I need is them to email through a wayleave agreement so the work can get done any ideas how I can get this without all the faf?
