I've agreed to a Full Fibre upgrade with TalkTalk. I was told I'd get an SMS from Openreach setting the install date.
How long should this take? I agreed it with TalkTalk a week ago over the phone.

Best option would be to call on 03451720088 ask for the full fibre team they will be able to help.

It sounds like the order has failed , They will need to contact the full fibre team directly or if you are a nominated user you can do it on their behalf.

Still no install date, originally agreed to upgrade on 7th October.
I'm doing this on behalf of my elderly parents and they cannot be without service, so this is causing some anxiety.
